Ileana Gonzalez, Board Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and 200 hr RYT is the Founder of Apurva Wellness LLC. Ileana received most of her Ayurvedic training in a traditional gurukula-style setting in India, including clinical studies with Dr. Vasant Lad in Pune, and Panchakarma therapeutics at Arsha Vidya Peetam Trust in Coimbatore. She has been a yoga practitioner for over a decade, and her formal yoga training was done under Neva Ingalls (Inner Domain), completing the 200 hour "5 Elements Ayurveda & Yoga Fusion" Teacher Training in May 2020. Jessica Neideffer became aware that there was more to her than just a physical body at a very young age. She experienced many health issues during childhood and almost died when she was fifteen from complications of Crohn’s dis-ease. After many years of doctors treating the symptoms with western medicine, she knew there had to be another way of being healed and healthy. After a profound experience at the age of 31, she realized there was a different way and that she was meant to support herself and others in healing on a deeper level. Made in Brazil with Mexican ingredients, Rosa Santana, Level 3 Iyengar Yoga and International Association of Yoga Therapists Certified. She has been studying, teaching, and propagating the therapeutic art of Iyengar Yoga since 1995. She was drawn to the mental and physical discipline after suffering three accidental falls, one of which fractured her tailbone.
